My work as a tapestry weaver is about colour and texture using woven tapestry techniques traditional wool, linen, rayon, sisal and silk yarns to achieve this. Recycled materials and hand spun newspapers add texture and interest to my work. Inspiration comes from photographs, drawings and sketchbook work and what is around me.
