BEAT participation at the Boston Manor Park Hub

A number of EAG members took part in this year's Borough of Ealing Art Trail at the Boston Manor Park Hub, which was a new venue for this year. Despite the extreme heat on the first weekend, we had a steady flow of visitors. The venue boasts two cafés, tennis courts, a children's playground and, of course, Boston Manor itself so we had a lot of people who use the park regularly coming in (including local dog walkers). In addition, we had visitors from Ealing borough and Hounslow borough who had seen the brochure and other advertising. Over the four days (two weekends) we had over 400 visitors who chatted to Artists about their work and the Art Group in general and sales were made. Visitors and participants generally agreed it was a lovely venue with lots of facilities and things to do. All-in-all a successful inaugural BEAT and we look forward to the next one!
